Ripoff, deceptive practices, bogus warranty

Purchased plush top "back supporter" mattress set. Was not informed about 1 1/2" guideline for depression qualification in the warranty. Was not informed that there were ever any issues in this regard. As the foam layer depressed it caused and continues to cause me to wake up every morning with lower back pain.

After 3 measurements, over a period of about 10 months, from an alleged independent company, all I ever recieved was a FORM letter telling me that I did not have a problem because the depression in my mattress was not greater than the 1 1/2". Ergo, not their problem. $1,100.00 down the drain. They could care less that their product should never be called a "back supporter" mattress or that it is the sole problem for my morning back pain.
