The Body Diognostic Machine said I needed a blue/green mattress and JOHN CARNES at the TORRANCE, CA. Store convinced me I needed a firmer mattress ($1000.00 more). One and a half months later I am still waking up in pain. When I went to the store John said I needed to pay $480.00 MORE FOR A RE STOCKING FEE. I said I did'nt have any more money. He said to solve my pain problem I should "Put a bunch of blankets on the bed and sleep on them. Also I should JUMP on the mattress to make it softer". This is what i got for purchasing a airloom chestnut mattress for almost $2700.00. Also paid $109.00 for a pillow that Costco sells for $69.00. And I did'nt get credit for my old mattress and I still wake up aching in the morning.
