Cedar stone - poor builders - can i sue? Stole over $2000

Started to try to build our "dream home" in October last year. As it turns out we fought with these guys daily, got cussed out in my face once, and now they are leaving us without any warranty OR repairing the problems that we've had. On top of that, they took (stole) over $2000 too much when they took the final draw from the bank. I ended up finishing the house myself, the builder took off after he knew I had a close date (what can you do?) Contract or not, watch these guys - they'll stuck it to you and laugh. Im persuing legal action and state inquiries, hopefully someone will read this and save themselves alot of misery.
