Ripoff

Ordered lazer storm vaccum from singer company on 06/20/05 it was suppose to be buy one get one free and also get a streamer billed for 119.85 plus shipping. I only order the buy one get one free-next day tried to contact customer service dept they tell you to call a different number and no answer. Called advertisment on tv got a different number no answer. Put stop at bank for the amount i was told by customer representative. Received my package on 08/03/05—was billed for 4 lazer storm vaccum and shipping and handling over 300.00 out of checking account—that is why my stop payment did not stop it—tried to call customer service as on invoice but no answer it only gives you options that you don't want. This was a big rip-off i hope someone can stop others from getting rip-off-i would like to return items and get refund back-but afraid that i would lose my items too and they keep my money. Some please help
