Sun & Leisure Pools And Spas - Will sell you a swimming pool but if you have problems you can forget about them awarding their guarantee RIPOFF

In April I went and purchased and above ground pool for my grandkids. They said it would take 1 month to install. I was ok with that.

Well needless to say it took them 2 months to get everything up and going and done. Now we're into the month of June. On June 6th that's when I placed my first call into this company to let them know that there was a hole somewhere in the liner of the pool it took them 2 weeks to get someone out to the pool site.

They arrived with a bottle of food coloring and spend 30 minutes inside my pool to no avail found no leak I kept losing water. I called back the next day the person on the phone said to wait until the fall and let the water drain as far as it would and they would come back out and look.

September I placed a call into the company in question and told them what i was told they said "We will make a service ticket on it. Well September comes and goes. I call the first day of October by then it was cold and we needed to put the cover on the pool because of the falling leaves. They advised me to call them before i added water in the spring of 2005.

I called them May 1st of 2005 and again I got "We will make a service ticket on it" I have since then placed a total of 18 calls to this company and have yet to get my pool fixed and here it is August the 20. I would advise anyone to not have any dealings with this company because they will not fix anything they sell!
