Furniture Account Statement Never Received, $30 Late Charge

We bought furniture at Wallpaper for Less and were told we could get it interest free for 3 months as long as we made the minimum monthly payments. We were also told it would be 6-8 weeks until we got a statement and began payments.

After 8 weeks we got our first statement. It came with a $30.00 late charge. We never received a statement. When I called, I was told the statement had been sent to us and returned because of a wrong zip code?

This made me suspicious, so I checked this website, only to find 173 complaints. We will not pay any late charges or interest!
