The door and sidelites that were delivered were the wrong type and style with the wrong glass. The total cost is over five thousand dollars and on their website the same door with sidelites is advetized at $1500.00.

The company, Classic Doors and Mantels aka: DOORSDOORSDOORS.com refuses to respond to calls, E-mails, or fax as well as certified letter, which have been returned unopened. The Better Business Bureau received no response as well when they attempted to contact them twice. I called using a different name and received a call back within the same day. I sent an E-mail under a different name and received a response quickly. Lastly, the quality of the work was very poor considering thier advertizing and the discussions over the phone. Be aware this company is not to be trusted. It will be years before we get them to pay for the return of thier product and presently it is taking up an entire single car garage.
