George McAlister ripoff, not truthful

We spent a lot of money on living room furniture. Had an EXTREME hassle trying to return one item - which the salesman - George McAlister - assured us would be no problem should all of it not fit into the room. George McAlister was zero help in our efforts to finally get this accomplished.

The leather sofa has now broken due to it missing one of it's legs. It is only 2 months old and they want to screw a short board onto the back of it - replace the missing leg and call it a day. Already took off work to have it looked at.

We want a new sofa - not including the embarresment of it breaking while we were entertaining to us and the people that were sitting on it. (4 people)

Never will a good word come out of my mouth for this company. I would absolutly spend my money elsewhere where they care about customer service.
