I had my hot water pipe fixed by Anytime Plumbing and Drain service. My Hot water did not work after they fixed my pipe. I called early in the morning and told the receptionist "Your two guys Scott and Jorge fixed my hot water pipe Friday and I have no hot water. Can you send them out to check it?" She said "yes" she would send them out.

At 12:00 no Scott or Jorge I called back and ask if they were coming she said"someone's on their way" When Scott got here he went up to my attic and said he did'nt think it was the pipe and he turned a button on my water heater. I heard a "Whoosh" sound and he said "you have hot water now". He goes out to his truck comes in and says we owe $120.00 for the work he did. I told him we did not ask him to touch our water heater and that I had no idea there was a charge to come out and check on the work they had done 2 days prior.

He called into his office and the receptionist who I had spoken to that morning said "if they don't want to pay go turn their gas off". He didn't want to do that and he I told him if I had known there was a charge to check on their work I would have made a different decision about them coming out or went to the bank. He called the owner a Mr. Curtis Miller who said "What kind of Idiots call for a service and don't pay" Tell them you will turn off their gas and pull out the plumbing if they don't pay" We will take them to small claims court as he yells a few profanities.

I signed the reciept and agreed to pay the next day because I really felt threatened. His guy told us all about the boss having an affair with the boss. I call her back to figure out if she misunderstood she began yelling and calling me a liar. This company is too small town and getto for me and I will never use them again.
