I was ripped off

I went to Hansen's to buy a washer and dryer unit and i asked the man if it was a 115 unit. He said it is. I took it home just to find out it wasn't.

I also found out the wire's were crossed and when you turned it on you got shocked and the dryer did't get hot. Well i called him up and told him what was going on. He said he's got to charge me for fixing it. I have a Guarantee that says we Guaratee installed.

Well, he lyed to me and said it's recoditioned well it has not been anything. He won't repair it and he hung up on me. I payed 359.00 Dollars for a washer and dryer that doesn't work and i can't get my money. Can someone help me im a 36 year old disabled woman from Largo FL that can't hardly make ends meet. So i can't afford a lawyer to fight this man all i want is at least my money back because i bought junk and there is a lemon law.
