False and Mis Leading Information, Would never recommend them to anyone! Ripoff

We signed our paperwork for a brand new house built on our property in early January. They claimed the house would be completed in 120 days. Well here it is June and it is not going to be completed until atleast mid July.

Each time we contact our 'Construction Supervisor' for information we just get the run around.

We were told that things would be done and they never have been... They sure are in a hurry for you to sign the loan papers, but they are in no hurry for you to get into your new house.

We never could get a breakdown on the pricing of our new house... This is the closest that I could come. This seems like a rip off in itself..

$111,000 for new house. We later learned of all of the things that this does not include. Such as all of the light fixtures, ceiling fans, cleaning of the house along the construction process, putting in a gas line, and several other things.

$750.00 for taking out a tree that 1/2 of is still sitting in our back yard

I am not sure how much they have charged us for all of the city permits that they are still trying to get...

$7000.00 is our allowance for flooring. Which I chose
$5000.00 is our countertop allowance. Which I chose.

So if I add all of this up I come up to $123,000.00 that I am sure about. And we paid $133,000.00

You tell me where the rest of our money went... They sure would not... Even after I asked for an itemimization.

Anyway, I would never recommend this company to anyone who wants a new home. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions, I will provide all information that I can.
