Just Palm Trees
Ripoff

After paying $20,052 in advance for palm trees, Mr. Dimaio (owner) repeatedly lied about the status of our order. Eventually we learned that Mr. Dimaio never actually possessed the trees we had paid for.

We immediately requested that our money be returned to us. Of coarse our check had already been cashed by that time. Mr. Dimaio claims to have sent a refund via FedEx, but FedEx has no record of this shipment.

During the rare instances we actually get a hold of Mr. Dimaio on the phone he provides us with inconsistent excuses as to the whereabouts of our money (as was the manner in which he handled our original tree order).
