Ripoff, Richard Steinman took money for repairs, left and never returned Owes me hundreds of dollars, just vanished

Richard worked for me a few times. He took checks for repair supplies and never returned. He keeps moving so he is hard to locate. He does not return calls or email. The few times he did work for me I smelled alcohol on his breath, he seemed to be impaired. He does not have a checking account, he took my checks to my bank to cash.

I should have seen the red flags but I figured I would just get the job finished and be done with him. Then I wrote him a large check and he was gone, never to return.

If you are dealing with this guy, be very careful, he is a theif.
