Ripoff very poor customer service and products

Gardeners' Choice is a ripoff company with very poor customer service and products.

I ordered two Royal Paulownia Trees in April, received them six weeks later on May 16th, planted them just like they said to do and, now, they are dying.

I have sent 3 emails to Gardeners Choice for help to save the trees and have requested my money back if they can't be saved. So far, I have not heard back from them.
