I bought this furniture in September, by January the drawers stain started coming off. All the drawers, Dresser, Chest and two Niight stands. I called them and a technician came and said it must be changed. They scheduled for 2-26-11 from 11:00 to 3:00. They did not show up until 6:30 pm without even given me a call. When they did show up and I checked the furniture two drawers are all scratched. I called to have someone come in and have a look at it and I get this lady telling me that it cannot be done until 3-26-11 and that she does not know the time and could not make an accommadtions for it to be at an early hour. Plus I got summons from my Co-Op $250 because we only have delivery until 5:00 pm which I had told them. I think that their furniture is lousy and cheap looking for the amount that I paid and they need to show their staff some manners.
