Criminals, set up shop several cities, take on SEVERAL Clients, criminal record, do not pay subs, or complete work, Naples, Sarasota

Kelly Cardin, His wife, and bother-in-law: Jeremy strong have set up several different corporations in Sarasota, FL, and Ft. Myers, Naples FL. They general set up as Kitchen and Bath remodeling companies, but one of their companies was listed as a plumbing company. They take the standard 50% down, do a portion of the work, such as tear out and rough-in electrical (all requiring multiple phone calls after no-shows) and then do not complete the work nor pay the subs

In Florida, the subs can then then place leins against the property and the homeowner then has to pay twice.
In my case, they barely completed roughing in a $30,000.00 job, when Kelly Cardin was arrested for multiple counts of fraud and drug sales, gun sales, etc (I guess that is where everyones' money went to. The company folded without paying staff, subcontractors, suppliers, etc, and I am fighting leins on my home and losing, and I still have an unfinished kitchen and am out of money an out of luck.

This was written up in our local papers several time (too late) and found that it was done by this pair and several other principles in several cities in florida.

I tried to place leins on their personal property worth millions to recoup my outlay, but was unsuccessful behind all the "big guys" ahead of me.

Now I am looking for subcontractors to finish the work but it cannot be permitted!!!

Watch out for these guys, they have also been reputed to have done business in Mississippi.
