This contractor advertises on the internet and also goes to all the Home Shows. He also advertises in the local papers for Decks, Basements, additions and so forth. He does a horrible job. He is a butcher with a saw. He acts like he knows what he is doing but does not. He prices a job and increases it as he goes. If he doesn't do something properly, he won't come back and fix it. He only accepts cash, therefore, no records. He does not report his income to the IRS either. Stay away from this contractor.
