Jones Appraisal Service
Real Estate appraisal rip off Napoleon

Construction & Repair

We had an appraisal done on a house that we are going to buy. THese people wouldn't return phone calls and they were very rude when we tried to get them to send the report to the lender so we could close.

The woman that went out to the house appraised the house at a fair price according to market value analysis. When she got it signed off on with the head appraiser, he dropped the price by $11,000 and its not right.

This is a big house on 2 1/2 acres with 3 outbuildings and the whole house is renovated. They said there was a damage to the roof over the utility room which the owners already got a estimate for and are going to pay for.

HOw can someone change a price without even seeing the property? I think this is fraud and now we are getting a second appraisal done by another company because Jones' can do their job right.
