Fraudulent Appraisal inflated value over 150,000.00

On December Anderson Appraisal did a fraudulent appraisal along with Genny Crane from Loan Shoppers Inc.in San Diego County. Currently Anderson Appraisal has admitted that he never even went by the house and was doing over 1,500 appraisals during the peak real estate market.

Based on his admission there is not enough time in a day to truly do all these appraisals according to guidelines that have been placed upon them. Each true appraisal can take 3 to 4 hours. Here is why it will take that long.

1. Appraisal must drive to the house to be appraised.
2. Appraisal must measure the entire house.
3. Appraisal must take photos of the house.
4. Appraisal must also take pictures of comparable homes.
5. Appraisal must take all this data back to office after the entire day is used for other houses and upload it.
6. Appraisal must now compair the house to others like it in age, condition, sq foot and gets most resent sales that are compatible to it.
7. Appraisal must now base all of this to a fair price opinion. This is why it can take up 4 hours to get each appraisal done properly.

Because this is what everyone (buyer and lender) will base a price on, (the appraisal?) If an appraisal was done in the legal way and not had done it for favors, then I can assure you that many of you will not also be loosing your home either currently or already have lost it! Nor you would be in such mess!

Anderson Appraisal Also admitted that he used new people and gave them a split of the profit. This means that they did not have experience and all of the job became to make money and abuse all the buyers trust for a profit. Once they had done the entire fill in the boxes of the appraisal application on line, then he would just sign it and email it to whomever the lenders where.

This fraudulent act by both of them Anderson Appraisal and Loan Shoppers Inc. Has caused me severe financial loss and now I owe IRS over $60,000.00.

When all this started I was unable to refinance the house that Genny Crane Put me in which was her house due to no value their, all this happened way before all the real estate crashing. Because I got stuck with a bad loan and could not even get a new loan due to over inflated appraisal, I had no choice but let the house go to foreclosure.

A few months later the bank sold the house at the fair market value and sent me a 1099C of their loss as a gain to me. They knowingly inflated the value of over $150,000.00 just so that she can get out of her loan and walk out with cash in her bank. I became the victim for their fraudulent act.

Currently I have a lawsuit against both of them; Genny Crane has also been investigated in state of Nevada. They have concluded they Genny Crane had violated many law in the State of Nevada, they revoked her license in Nevada for life!

I am looking for ALL borrowers that had used Anderson Appraisal Inc.in San Diego County on all of their appraisals, And Genny Crane (Loan Shoppers).
You may have also been sold a house based on their fraudulent appraisals. This is one of the biggest reasons that this whole market has crashed!

You see their really was no value in most of these homes. It was all inflated by the Appraisals. The appraisal companies became our only source of value for any home.
