Ripoff Failed to abide by terms of work order Refuses To respond to calls or letters

All About Septics installed drain fields on my property at a cost of $5,400.00 in September.. The installation was required in order to sell my property. My house was only 8 years old at the time and the drain fields failed and no one could explain why. As part of the installation Tom Seckman, Owner, agreed to provide detailed documentation as to why the drain fields failed. This was written on the work order and it was agreed he would to so. On 9/15/04 I settled on my home and Mr. Sekman was mailed the $5,400.00 by the settlement company. I made numerous attempts to get the stipulated documentation. I called Mr. Sekman the day of settlement and was informed he was on a crusie. The woman answering the phone advised "Tom is an honest guy" and would send me my letter when he got back. I asked if someone else could write it. I was told Bruce did the digging and did notice some problems but was not allowed to write any or provide any documentation. October came and still no letter. He would not return my calls so I sent him a letter. No response. I set a certified letter dated 10/13/04. Three attempts were made by the post office-10/19/04,11/3/04 and 11/13/04. The letter was refused. The documentation is required so I could proceed with legal action against Anne Arundel County. I reported this matter to the Better Business Bureau and he has yet to respond to them. I consider All About Septics dishonest and deceitful. I would not recommend trusting All About Septics to do any work. I believe All About is in league with Anne Arundel County government, who is also deceitful and conspires to rip-off the consumer. Beware - all about septics will not deliver what is agreed to.
