Ripoff Cashed my check of 200.00 dollars for bulldozier work, never showed up. Will not return my money bad business, cheap

I paid him $200.00 for a partial payment to do some bulldozier work to my property. He cashed the check but never showed up to do the work. He will not call me or answer any mail correspondence I've sent regarding the refund of my money.
He also works as an auctioneer, but I've not found any information that shows he is a licensed auctioneer in that area.
Beware I'm told I'm not the only one he's taken money from for work, that he never shows up to do. He had no problem cashing my check, but for someone who seems to have so much, he sure has a problem returning a measley $200.00.
