Auto Check #3 FriendswoodAuto Check #3 FM 528 @ FM 518 Very Dishonest and Overpriced

My experience with this Auto Check is a long story, and I won't go on and on with the details. I have had several recent experiences with them involving two cars, and have found them to be very dishonest and feel we were greatly overcharged. There were several instances where they told us a blatant lie. I would not trust that any work they tell you to do is actually needed, and I would assure you if the work is needed that it will be better priced elsewhere.

When discussing the problem at pick up, we were told by management that they had plenty of business, so they were not worried about our complaint. I think that such an apathetic and arrogant attitude regarding public relations shows a lot about this company.

I was surprised to read Benjamin's review from and Scolmoo's review from 2008 on this website, and see that they had similar experiences. I think that this shows a history and pattern of problems with this company, and one person that complains normally represents many more that did not speak up.
