I hired Epic Results Construction aka Southside Pavers, LLC to build a patio for my back yard. All of my dealing was directly with the owner of this company Zachary Riha. I gave Mr. Riha 50% upfront as a deposit. First, I had delay after delay, promise after promise to get the project started. When the project was completed, I was guaranteed that after the pavers settled if any problems occurred, it would be corrected. One week after installation pavers sunk in areas of the patio which is substandard workmanship. I have attempted to contact Mr. Riha by text, email and calling within the past month which have been ignored. Mr. Riha and his company are totally unprofessional with a severe deficiency of any customer service and incompetent of running a business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
