They take great pictures!

They're the people to call if you want pictures taken! ServePro came to my house after a water leak flooded the entire condo on Christmas Eve Day, and told me how they would pack everything up for me and store it in a pod, the floor would be taken up, they would make sure everything was dry, they would treat any mold... They took pictures of everything... Then a couple of days later, they came back, gave me the same speech, took pictures of everything again... And a couple of days later, came back again, took more pictures (of a 597 square foot condo)... I have been without hot water since Dec. 24, it's now Jan. 6th, they still have not begun any work, and today told my insurance carrier that they (the insurance carrier) had to provide the pod... I have no idea what's going on but zero work is being done, meanwhile I am sure mildew is growing under my laminate floor that was soaked. ServePro just can't seem to get to it, keep telling me it's my insurance carrier's fault. NEVER deal with these people. They're useless.
