Unprofessional Staff/Delivery Co - KENMORE ELITE

I would like for someone to contact me ASAP. I have spoken to Joe Kaylow and have been unsuccessful! I would like someone above him.

Unprofessional Management: Jose Garcia - Vikki - couldn't get it figured out. Joe Kaylow offer to give it to me for half. The Delivery company: Carlos Mgr - Driver Ronald "bad attitude and hot temper" refuse to delivery my refrigerator bc the hispanic guy kicked the tracks with his feet. I asked him not to kick it. Ronald insisted that he did not kick it - while the hispanic guy tried to apologized and he got upset and told him that he don't have to apologize to me, he's doing his job. He tells me that he not delivering it. I have tried 4 attempts with Sears and have been unsuccessful. Very Disappointing when there's no communication between the two - and they continue to blame the other for each others mistake. Vicki Store Manger, lied to me about the delivery and the damage to the refrig. I have been purchasing products for the last 27 years as a repeated customer. I will never shop at Sears again after this experience. If Sears continue to use this outside company - they will continue to lose customers. I was told by Mr. Kaylow that the delivery has attempted twice to delivery my refrig - Not True!!! He should review the notes before he repeats such a thing!

Not only is this embarrassing - its poor customer service and can lose business over miscommunication.
