Awful service centers - Samsung Galaxy 9003i - Samsung Galaxy 9003i

I would like to complaint against pathetic service quality which samsung is providing regarding its smart phones.
I would specifically mention "230,2nd Floor, Sukhlal Complex, Shiva Market, Pitampura", I had been promised that my phones will be rebuild in a couple of days however i am still struggling with it...

They have some stupid cordination with a non authentic shop @ Darya Ganj also, who is just avoiding me on phone...

My job Id is 303774... Kindly take care of ur customer services as just building new 'galaxies' is not a big deal...
