Geeksquad destroyed my laptop - Geek Squad Diagnostics and Repai

I had taken my laptop in to get the screen replaced, I gave them a screen I bought that's had made sure was for my laptop model, took them a few days to fix it and when I got it the hard drive was dead, the screen wasn't placed right and is slightly loose, and it flickers constantly, there's a screw missing from the case. I took it back a few days later and they said they couldn't do anything about it. About 2 months after that I powered up the laptop, the screen flashed really bright and a long crack appeared on it. Laptop is an hp g71 449w
