Ripoff thief liar con crook

The owner, John Rodney and his Grandfather promised to build our log home in three month, now after 5 month we have a crawl space a driveway (which was his respnsibility but we payed for) and the electical lines run. We have paid him $63,000. We have been told by other builders that there is only 10,000-15,000 of work done. The logs are still on the ground after 4 months from being delevered.

We were responsible for the well, we gave him $8000 for his recomended driller and still do not have a well nor the name of that person.

John was dishonest with the inspectors to cover his own incompetance and having cut corners.

John and his assistant Tracy would go for weeks at a time not returning or excepting any calls, and neather one can make or follow a schedual. Promised deadlines came and went with no work ever done. We paid a $900 penalty for running over the 182 days alotted by the mortgage company to finish the home.

This man is a con artist, he likes to work with women but not the men. If the women knows any thing about building thats when he starts avoiding you. He tried to talk my wife into cashing his draw from the mortgage company, as her name was one the check, so that he could avoid paying taxes on the money.
