Sent damaged furniture, won't replace or credit RIPOFF Internet

I ordered a set of tables in Oct. For Christmas and had them shipped to son in another state. He didn't open until then and they were damaged beyond repair.
Called and only wanted them replaced and was told no way. We were over the 30 day limit. I understand all that. I didn't want my money back just replaced. It looks like they would at least replace them to help protect their name. But no.

They then had the gall to tell me to look for something else on their site.

I have ordered quite a bit from them too but not any more.

I couldn't go through the Fed Ex site for it either because the tracking number they had on it was invalid.
