Customer Service was poor. The manager was on duty and did nothing to help. The sales associate gave no informaiton, just was quick to take the money and get to the next customer. I have written letters to complain and no response from anyone. I wonder how many days they will remain in business. I will shop at a much higher store to get better customer service than to try and save one penny with best buy 's poor, money draining customer service.
