9 months house still not done paid in full wrong colors filed claim in court the wimp disconected his phone

We originally hired this company in April it is now the first of 2005 and they are still not done. We where given numorous excuses why it was not done in the originally promised 4 days. The house has 4 colors should be two, then the right colors are on the wrong parts of the house. This individual also paints for holiday homes, beleive me this has been no holiday.

They hired a " pro "to hang a new front door that now has 2 inch gaps from the stucco the door frame. We had to clean up all paint cans sprayer, spilled paint etc. We had a meeting with this person to discuss all the issues at which time a list of problems to long to type was signed by Russ dyer, saying he would correct all the problem. They where to pressure wash prior to starting as well as when finished to include decks and driveway, not done. The list goes on and on, however he was right on time to get paid.
