Refusing to send RGA for wrong product - Danze Shower Head

I ordered a shower head online from eFaucets last week. When the confirmation email arrived, it had the wrong product number listed. I tried contacting customer service through email and chat and by phone, but they were already closed for the day. When I reached them the next day, they said orders in stock were shipped immediately but they would try to track it down and cancel it. The next email I received was a shipping notification! I called them again to ask how to refuse or return the package, and they said nothing could be done in terms of issuing an RGA until I received the box. The box arrived yesterday after CS was closed for the day, and when I contacted them today, they said I would have to pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee for the wrong shower head. I am going to pursue this through my credit card company. So frustrating!
