Ripoff Bain and Switch Product received is not what was pictured

I ordered a Kohler handshower from this company. The picture shown on the website, as well as on the receipt, showed the shower head, attached to a hose, attached to the part that hooks into the plumbing, hooked to the part that holds it on the wall. Nothing on the website indicated that any other parts were required. When it arrived, all that arrived was the shower head. Other Kohler products that were in different lines were shown only with the shower head. When I called, the manager of customer service told me that I should have checked the Kohler website because that would indicated that this product number was only the shower head. I told him that no, it was their responsibility to inform their customers that the product shown was not what was being sold. He said that it states that product appearance may vary. I told him that that may apply to color, etc., but not to the actual parts. He told me that for another $210.00 they would ship me the other parts. He was unwilling to admit that this was their error, and that being such, it was their responsibility
