Nail in tire

Took over 2 hours to replace a tire and they did not even balance the tire. My husband watch him and went out there and made him do it right! There was 3 other people in there, all men, and they were just as angry if not more about how long things were taking. One man walked out after his car sat for 2 hours untouched and 2 other men complained they had been there for over 3 hours already. Everyone of us agreed the only reason we came there is because it was Sunday and no one else was open and none of us would ever come back.
