Ripoff unprofessional dishonest

My parent's were hit by the hurricanes their roof came down damaging thier Bed room furniture. They went to Badcocks and purchessed a sleigh bed and suit with a king size mattress. They paid 2600$ for it and it was supost to be delivered on November 11. After waiting most of the day my father called them to see if it had came in yet. They said oh that product has been discontinued. They never called them e-mailed wrote them nothing held their money for three week's with out a word. And no they still do not have a bed room furniture!
