Payment Withdrawn From My Bank Early Despite Confirmed Date

I am writing as an unsatisfied customer. About 2 weeks ago I spoke with the manager at the local Aaron's, where I currently have an account, about my payment being submitted on 12/10/04. A few days later I also visited the store to confirm this date. I made the second attempt because of a past history of them putting my payment through the bank on a date I had not authorized, and of bouncing lots of checks.
This particular 12/10/04 date was cleared both times for my payment. Instead, they again put the payment through my bank on 12/6/04 and caused me another considerable amount of money in damage. This is the second incident, and I am very displeased, to say the least, and feel the need to report it. If these people cannot get reliable, somewhat professional people to run their stores, they need to be held accountable for the costly mistakes.
