Cost BIG Bucks rip-off!

I am writing as a unsatisfied customer. I had spoken with the manager at the local Aarons about 2 weeks ago where i currently have an account, concerning my payment being submitted on 12/10/04, and also visited the local business a few days later to confirm this date, (the second attempt due to a past history of them putting my payment through the bank at a date unautorized by me, and bouncing lots of checks).
This particular 12/10/04 date was cleared both times for my payment.instead, they again put the payment through my bank (12/6/04) and cost me another considerable amount of $ damage. This being the second incident, I am very displeased to say the least and feel the need to report it. If these people cannot get reliable, somewhat professional people to run their stores, they need to be held accountable for the costly mistakes.
