Do not use this company big rip off

My Daughter Robyn AND I bought a home August and we had empire today come September. What a nightmare. Not only did we have to go and meet the non english speaking installers because they couldn't find our home, mind you it's right off the main road, but they installed the wrong carpet.

The carpet in the main hallway is freying on the edges and we keep falling down the stairs because it wasn't installed properly. They never put a threshold between the hallway and the bathroom so the nails were sticking out from the carpet and we kept stepping on them. I have 8 children and after numerous phone calls to the company only to be passed around from one person to another i finally got in touch with a steve in stoughton. He promised someone would be out to take care of our complaints we set up an app. And know one showed up.

We had 3 lge rooms done and a bill for 2300. Oo hundred dollars so as you can see we are now getting really angry. On October 20th I went to go into the bathroom and my sock got stick on a nail i went flying into the wall causing me to hit my toe and splitting it open reqiiring me to get numerous stitches i have the hospital report. With this i contacted the carpet place again for the 6th time this time they told me they would send someone out to put in a threshold and take out the carpet in the hallway.

WRONG THEY SEND SOMEONE WHO CLAIMS TO be an asst. Mgr. They have the same carpet that i don't want and they want to take out the same carpet and install what i already have in. I explained to them that i just wanted that one taken out and he informed me that if he was to take out the carpet he would have to leave the nails sticking out along the walls and on the the stairs as he can't take them out. I became very frustrated as this is enough. I have stiches in my foot he see's this and still they had other jobs to do. We are extremley upset with this company.

Here we are in a new home advertizing thier product and they don't care. Everyone who come's to our home asks us if we are replacing the OLD carpet on the stairs i tell them it's new and no one can believe it. Im thinking of filing a law suit as this has been a complete nightmare for all of us.
