I ordered a Keurig Mini Plus B31 brewer, and at first use, noticed a funny noise when the unit was plugged in, but not in use. I emailed customer service, they recommended calling in. I called in, and reported the problem, letting the rep hear what the noise was. After a brief hold time, the rep came back on the line and informed me that the unit would be replaced free of charge. Very easy and very quick. Thanks!
