Ok so my first brewer had what seemed to be a electronic issue. I called Keurig and they were prompt in sending me out a unit. BUT it was clearly the wrong one! So they picked that one up and shipped me another. I became supicious that this was a refurb because of the shipping package it was contained in. Then two days later when I awoke to make coffee I found that my entire counter was covered in water. I called Keurig again. Fustrated at this point. They said ok we will ship another one and pick that one up to be analyzed. Ok so I get my tracking info and go about my day. Decided to check to see when to expect it via Fedex. So days go by and no tracking info is updated. Called Fedex and was told "we never received the shipment". Huh? So I called Keurig and demanded to speak with a supervisor that I did not get and probably won't hear from either. Anyway after all the hell I raised funny... It showed up being picked up from Keurig a few hours later. I have yet to see what problems this one will have. But I can say is after all this time IT BETTER WORK!!!
