Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing SHADY dealings deceptive statements

This company took my credit card numbers and ran with them. They promised a 'free' trial period in return for my credit card information. One their site there is one small place where it actually says that they will bill you 75$ a month (located off in the corner). And I didn't see any properties in Pennsylvania during the 'trial' period, so there was no need for me to continue use.

They provided several DIFFERENT phone numbers which I was to contact them if I needed assistance (I forgot my account name). One of the numbers I tried to contact just kept ringing. I tried several times during 'buisness' hours, but no answer. This went on until I finally emailed them to cancel my account during the trial period - NO RESPONSE!!!

One of the numbers which I tried (on the website), a lady actually answered and said a different company's name and said that I would have to contact them via the web address.

The response time of the web address, just as bad. And EVERY email I received from them - not one had a name attached. All were rude. And not one actually heard me out! There are numerous companies that I did deal with that had information and great service.

This is NOT a buisness, this is what should be an illegal misrepresentation of an online company.

This 'buisness' FORCES you to cancel online only but as you cancel your account they throw in a statement saying that by checking the 'cancel account' box you wave all rights to any kind of refund or settlement.

JUST MORALLY AND EITHICALLY WRONG - BE WARNED, they give you the run around and your hands are tied, they know exactly what they are doing!!!
