Ripoff can't cancel service, no free trial period, lies

There is no free trial with this company, it is a lie! They also will not cancel your account, even after you comply with all of their "policies". I'm on my 3rd attempt to cancel over the phone and have verbally received confirmation numbers for the so called cancellation and then my credit card is charged again anyway.

I am now starting down the "dispute it" with the credit card company but it is such a hassle.

Do not get involved with this company. Anyone that works for them should be ashamed of themselves.
