Was just reading reviews and wanted to say. I been through all of these problems with sears in the past and I ABSOULTY REFUSE to buy anything from this company period. Greedy Executives have destroyed what many used to consider the cornerstone of retail. I have spent thousands with sears and they will happily take your money look you In eye like a master swindler and tell you they stand behind thier product. The only way I have found to get anything done is to get a case manager thru the executive offices. Do NOT buy from this company
