HVAC Priceline payments took 3 months, underpaid invoices by hundreds of dollars and also required us to pay 12% marketing fee to do work for them! Crooks!

We made the mistake of doing business with Pacific Air again under a new business name! Like so many others we did service work and found it extremely hard to collect on. All of our invoices were short paid and we could never get anyone on the phone. Like others on here, they tols me the AP lady quit so I had to speak with the AR lady who kept saying this isn't her department so she was trying to get me some answers but wasn't sure. It was a MESS and we will never do business with them again.
