Avoid this person / Title Company - extremely sloppy work

We had to abort refinancing at closing time because of the sloppiness of this person, Cynde Lund at Pacific Northwest Title Company.in the process, we ended up losing the money we paid for appraisal. This person had done very sloppy work and had not prepared all the documents that needed to be signed, and some were wrongly prepared with the co-signer's name missing. They had prepared unnecessary documents that they were going to bill us for, as we found out from the later refinancing. Their charges were also much higher than the next place we ended up getting our re-fi done.

Recently we found out that another coworker who used this title company had a similar experience with Cynde Lund. The poor guy ended up making four trips back to their office just because of the sloppiness of Cynde Lund. He had to make the repeated trips to fill the gaps as all the required documents were not prepared and signed off at the 1st closing appointment.

While I can't speak for the rest of PNWT, I can definitely suggest avoiding this person at PNWT.

The only good side effect out of this mess at Pacific Northwest Title was that we ended up getting a better rate elsewhere and of-course lower costs overall.
