Buyers beware. The Shutter & Blind Factory will take you for a long ride. They claim they are not Nordstroms and yet they are very correct. They should be running a Chuck E Cheese or a Circus. Their staff will only tell you they do not know. Their Managers are afraid to disclose their names.

A recent check from the Better Business Bureau revealed over 130 complaints in less than a year. What does that tell you!!! This is one company that my law firm is going after. Let's see if their in business by the end of the year! For a business to not care for their customers that says alot.

If you plan on buying shutters it's worth paying that extra penny because it's not worth your money and stress. Again, enter and purchase from them at your own risk because they will find anything to make your purchase a nightmare!

I very much DO NOT recommend this company. They may say one thing about these former clients, but just call the Better Business Bureau and their poor record is on file. I now understand what the other customers are going through and they are not lying.

Pass this around and DO NOT REFER this company to anyone. Trust me do the research. They may find excuses to talk bad about me or other customer complaints, but the reality is that they are all true.
