Win Decor Inc., The Shutter And Blind Factory Take deposit and not perfrom, hide behind name change fake ripoff

They presented themselves as The Shutter Factory, Win Decor, Inc. The first part of the order was not to our satisfaction, and we were told when they delivered the balance they would correct the problems. Of course we have paid in full already.

The blance due are sunbursts. To date they have taken 5 months, and have not started. When I requested a refund of our $1,550.00 deposit they claim they are no longer The Shutter Factory, Win Decor. Now they are The Shutter and Blind Factory at the same address and phone number. Judi (possibly accounting manager) who keeps changing her title says she has no info. On the old company, and can not give money they did not receive.

Julie Moss the former sales manager, and Cheryl the person who measured the job are still there, but claim to be hired through an agency now and not company employees.

Apparently this company has a track record of screwing customers, and hiding behind excuses. They still advertise, and I suggest you run as fast as you can from these crooks! Do not make the same mistake I did, I feel like a fool, but these people are professional crooks.
