Memory full and vibration motor does not work

Hi, I am currently using Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830. I used it for almost one year and I found that when I install and uninstall programs, the memory will not increase back. During early December, my phone's vibration suddenly malfunction. I sent to the service centre in Penang and they did not ask me to take out my memory card and when I got back my phone, I found that my memory card had been taken out by them and never return. I am not satisfied by the workers in the center that do not inform me and simply accused me. Please do something about it.
