I needed a small reapir to my garage door. The service company advertised $29 a visit. They did the job but the parts they sold were at absurdly high prices: a torsion spring that sells for $20-40 was $129 (installed 2), a pulley wheel $7 elsewhere was sold for $55 (3 installed). The practice of selling parts at 5x to 10x margin if not illegal is definitely unethical. Beware of this company and avoid it any cost.
