Owner ruined carpet and will not return calls

I had my entire house cleaned by the owner, her daughter and her daughter's friend. All of the stains on the carpet ended up much larger and much worse. Stains that were the size of a quarter are now HUGE and hidden by rugs!

I have called the owner four times The first time she said she would be at my house on a Friday. I took off work and she never showed. I called and told her that I had taken a day off and how she is telling me I waited to long to complain and she will not return my calls. She said it was my fault the stains were larger because it had been a week since she was there to clean it.

I explained to the owner I wanted the people affected by the hurricanes to get the attention as they needed it much worse than me. Three rooms in my house have been completely ruinied.

I should have stuck with a big name company. I was trying to support local business and it is a shame she has ruiined it for herself and others.
