We purchsed our Schult home in the year 2000 We decided on this home as the warranty was 5 years and one month Beating Palm Harbor. HA! We had to beg for warranty work Most of the time we were just laughed at. We put in ceramic tile 1200.00 square feet, only to discover that the floor looks like the ocean. Great!

Now we are being told, Oh we are so sorry but we filed bankrupcy!!! We are not resposabile for the $3000.00 worth of flooring. So much for the Warranty? I have a problem with that, the floor was inspected and pictures were taken of the floor before the bankrupcy. Maybe if they had not used particle board it would not look this way. The customer service with this company was horrid, their attitudes were horrid.

Now it seems as though they have been taken over by, Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
